Section 390.021 - "Criterion-referenced examination" defined

"Criterion-referenced examination" means an examination in which the achievement and proficiency of a pupil on the examination is compared to an expected level of achievement and proficiency on the examination that is based on the specific academic standards, knowledge and skills that the examination was designed to measure.
