Section 390.250 - Procedures for administration of examinations and assessments1. Achievement and proficiency examinations must be administered as follows:(a) For grades 5 and 8, the examination in writing must be administered pursuant to the instructions in the current edition of the manual for the administration of the proficiency examination in writing adopted by the Department.(b) For grades 3 through 8, the criterion-referenced examinations must be administered pursuant to the instructions in the current edition of the manual for the administration of the criterion-referenced examinations adopted by the Department.2. The college and career readiness assessment required by NRS 390.610 and end-of-course examinations must be administered pursuant to the instructions in the current edition of the manual for the administration of the criterion-referenced examinations adopted by the Department.Nev.
