Section 389.695 - Attendance at adult high school program for test preparation

The board of trustees of a school district may allow a person who is at least 16 years of age but less than 18 years of age who has withdrawn from high school so that he or she may take a high school equivalency assessment to attend an adult high school program only for the purpose of test preparation.
