Section 389.662 - Proficiency examinations for pupil who transfers to Nevada high school

A pupil who transfers to a Nevada high school from another school must pass the proficiency examination required by section 44.3 of Assembly Bill No. 288, chapter 506, Statutes of Nevada 2013, at page 3296, before he or she is graduated from the Nevada high school.
