Section 389.829 - Requirements for participation in pilot program; submission and review of applications; selection of schools1. To participate in the pilot program to provide competency-based education established pursuant to NRS 389.210, a school must meet the qualifications and conditions prescribed in subsection 2 of that section.2. The board of trustees of a school district or the governing body of a charter school that wishes to participate in the pilot program to provide competency-based education must submit an application to the Department on a form that has been prescribed by the Department and made available on the Internet website maintained by the Department.3. The Department shall review each application submitted pursuant to subsection 2 and select the schools to participate in the pilot program to provide competency-based education.Nev. Admin.
