Section 389.058 - Reporting of results to Department of Education

A private entity that has contracted with the State Board to score an examination administered pursuant to NRS 389.550 or 389.805 or section 44.3 of Assembly Bill No. 288, chapter 506, Statutes of Nevada 2013, at page 3296, shall report the results of the examination in writing to the Department.
