Section 389.056 - Procedures for administration1. Achievement and proficiency examinations must be administered as follows: (a) For grades 5 and 8, the examination in writing must be administered pursuant to the instructions in the current edition of the manual for the administration of the proficiency examination in writing adopted by the Department . (b) For grades 3 through 8, the criterion-referenced examinations must be administered pursuant to the instructions in the current edition of the manual for the administration of the criterion-referenced examinations adopted by the Department . (c) For pupils in the graduating cohorts of 2014, 2015 and 2016, the high school proficiency examinations must be administered pursuant to the instructions in the current edition of the manual for the administration of the high school proficiency examinations adopted by the Department . 2. The college and career readiness assessment required by NRS 389.807 and end-of-course examinations must be administered pursuant to the instructions in the current edition of the manual for the administration of the criterion-referenced examinations adopted by the Department.Nev.
