If a charter school provides a program of distance education pursuant to NRS 388.820 to 388.874, inclusive, and the charter school intends to use a building or other facility to provide tutoring or other services to a pupil enrolled in the program of distance education, the governing body of the charter school must obtain the proper health and safety inspections of the building or facility before any pupil obtains tutoring or other services in the building or facility. As used in this section, "proper health and safety inspections" means all health and safety inspections that are required based on the charter school's intended use of the building or facility.
