"Single-campus school" means a charter school that serves a specified group of grade levels with a single academic leader responsible for its staff for the entire group of grade levels of the campus regardless of whether the educational programs of the charter school are delivered in one or more than one building. The term includes a charter school that primarily provides instruction to pupils remotely, including, without limitation, a charter school using a virtual or cyber school model.
