Section 388A.165 - Restrictions on application to form charter school submitted to State Public Charter School Authority after previous denials of application

If the State Public Charter School Authority receives an application to form a charter school pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 388A.252 after the application has been denied twice by the board of trustees of a school district or a college or university within the Nevada System of Higher Education, the application that is submitted to the State Public Charter School Authority must be the same application that was the subject of the second denial by the board of trustees, the college or the university, as applicable.
