Section 388A.135 - Application to form charter school: Proposed dates of enrollment for first year of operation; limits on acceptance of applications for enrollment1. For the purposes of subsection 13 of NRS 388A.246, the proposed dates of enrollment for a charter school for its first year of operation must not be more than 180 days before the date on which the charter school will open.2.
