Section 388A.115 - Appointment of liaison between committee to form charter school and proposed sponsor

A committee to form a charter school shall, to enable the proposed sponsor to deal with a single person as the committee applies to form a charter school, appoint from among its members a person to act as liaison between the committee and the proposed sponsor.
