Section 388A.255 - Abbreviated application to form charter school

The Executive Director may develop an abbreviated application for submission by prospective applicants that do not have experience operating a charter school. The State Public Charter School Authority may, at its discretion, invite a prospective applicant who submits such an abbreviated application to submit an application to form a charter school.
