Section 388A.340 - Governing body to notify sponsor of certain changes; changes must be approved in public meeting1. The governing body of a charter school shall notify the sponsor of the charter school not later than 10 days after the charter school makes any change to the mailing address, telephone number, facsimile number, articles of incorporation or bylaws of the charter school.2. Before making any change described in subsection 1, the governing body of a charter school must approve the changes in a public meeting held pursuant to chapter 241 of NRS.Nev. Admin. Code § 388A.340
