Section 388.530 - Required actions of board of trustees in developing policy1. The board of trustees of each school district shall evaluate relevant research and consult with teachers, administrators, parents, legal guardians and pupils when developing a policy for the instruction to teach English to pupils who are English learners.2. Such a policy must include, without limitation, the content set forth in NAC 388.535 to 388.555, inclusive.Nev. Admin. Code § 388.530
