Section 388.145 - Educational programs for pupils with disabilities: Compliance with chapter and federal laws and regulations

Any educational program for pupils with disabilities provided by a public agency in this State, including, without limitation, a program of special education in a private school that provides special education to a pupil who is placed in the private school by a public agency, must be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and all applicable federal laws and regulations.
