Section 388.132 - "Supplementary aids and services" defined

"Supplementary aids and services" means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular educational classes, other education-related settings, extracurricular settings and nonacademic settings to enable pupils with disabilities to be educated with pupils who are not disabled to the maximum extent appropriate.
