Section 388.0345 - "Deaf-blindness" defined

"Deaf-blindness" means concomitant hearing and visual impairments, the combination of which causes severe communication and other developmental and educational needs that cannot be accommodated in special education programs that are solely for pupils who are deaf or pupils who are blind.
