Section 388.001 - Definitions

As used in NAC 388.001 to 388.450, inclusive, and sections 2 to 10 of this regulation, inclusive of this regulation, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 388.005 to 388.141, inclusive of this regulation, and sections 2 to 8, inclusive have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
