Section 388.835 - License requirements for teacher

A licensed teacher designated by the provider of a program of distance education to fulfill the requirements of subsection 1 of NRS NRS 388.866 for a course of distance education must hold a license that authorizes him or her to teach in the state in which the license was issued:

1. In the subject area offered by the course of the distance education; and

2. At the appropriate grade level for which the course of distance education is offered.
