Section 387.010 - Definitions

As used in NAC 387.010 to 387.355, inclusive, and sections 2 to 7, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 387.012 to 387.117, inclusive, and sections 2 to 5, inclusive have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
