Section 385B.322 - Possession, sale or use of alcoholic beverages prohibited; enforcement1. A person shall not, during any interscholastic activity that is sponsored by the Association, possess, sell or consume any alcoholic beverage on the property on which the activity is conducted.2. A person who violates a provision of subsection 1 may be:(a) Removed from the property on which the activity is conducted; or(b) Arrested for trespass upon that property.Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.322
