Section 385B.302 - Establishment and submission of schedules of events; penalty1. Each school shall establish a schedule of events for each season for a sanctioned sport in which the school participates. After establishing the schedule, the school shall submit a copy of the schedule to the Association not later than:(a) June 15 of each year, if the schedule is established for a sanctioned sport that is conducted during the fall of that year;(b) September 15 of each year, if the schedule is established for a sanctioned sport that is conducted during the winter of that year; or(c) January 15, if the schedule is established for a sanctioned sport that is conducted during the spring of that year.2. The Association will impose a penalty of $100 against each school that fails to submit to the Association a schedule for a sanctioned sport within the periods prescribed in subsection 1.Nev. Admin.
