Section 385B.226 - Supervision of team or group; member school responsible for acts of members1. The principal of each member school or a designee thereof shall, as a representative of the member school, accompany each team or group from the member school to each game, contest or meet in which the team or group participates. The principal or designee shall exercise reasonable care in supervising the team or group during any period in which he or she accompanies the team or group pursuant to this subsection.2. Each member school is responsible for all acts of the members of a team or group during any period in which the team or group is conducting an athletic trip.Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.226
