Section 385B.222 - Registration of participants in sanctioned sports

The principal of each member school shall ensure that each pupil enrolled in the member school who participates in a sanctioned sport is registered pursuant to NAC 385B.702. The principal may not delegate the duty imposed pursuant to this section to another person.
