Section 385B.234 - Regular and special meetings
1. Each administrative organization established pursuant to NAC 385B.230 shall conduct at least two regular meetings of the administrative organization each year. The administrative organization shall, at least 10 days before conducting a meeting pursuant to this section, provide a written notice of the meeting to each school that is placed in the class pursuant to NAC 385B.250. A written notice of a regular meeting provided to a school pursuant to this section must include an agenda for the meeting.
2. An administrative organization may, at any regular meeting of the organization, take action on any item regardless of whether the item is set forth in the written notice or agenda for the meeting.
3. The president of an administrative organization or a majority of the schools that are placed in a class pursuant to NAC 385B.250 may call a special meeting of the administrative organization by providing at least 10 days' written notice of the special meeting to each school in that organization setting forth the date, time and place of the meeting.
