Section 385B.018 - "Count of enrollment" defined

"Count of enrollment" for any school year means:

1. The average daily enrollment of pupils for the first quarter of the immediately preceding school year as determined pursuant to NRS 387.123; or

2. The count of pupils enrolled in a private school based upon a report of enrollment submitted pursuant to NRS 394.130.
