Section 385B.742 - Reestablishment of eligibility of pupil after transferA pupil who is ineligible to participate in a sanctioned sport because of a transfer may reestablish eligibility to participate in a sanctioned sport if he or she complies with the provisions of NAC 385B.700 to 385B.798, inclusive, and:
1. Completes 180 school days of ineligibility at the school to which the pupil transferred; or2. Is determined to be eligible by the Executive Director, an administrator or a panel pursuant to NAC 385B.900 to 385B.924, inclusive.Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.742
