Section 385B.724 - Pupil who attends magnet school or vocational or technical school that does not offer sanctioned sport

A pupil who attends a magnet school or a vocational or technical school that does not offer a sanctioned sport remains eligible at his or her school of residence for the purpose of participating in any sanctioned sport that is not offered at the magnet school or vocational or technical school.
