Section 385B.710 - Limitation on and record of age of pupil1. A pupil whose 20th birthday occurs during a season is ineligible to participate in any sanctioned sport during that season and any season that is conducted after that date.2. Each school shall maintain a record indicating the age of each pupil who: (a) Is enrolled in the school; and(b) Participates in a sanctioned sport.Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.710
