Section 385B.876 - Approval required to broadcast by television or radio or over Internet1. A person shall not broadcast by television a game, contest or meet or a league, regional or state tournament in which a right is reserved by the Association pursuant to NAC 385B.874 without first obtaining the approval of the Board or an agent designated by the Board.2. A person shall not broadcast by radio or over the Internet a game, contest or meet or a league, regional or state tournament in which a right is reserved by the Association pursuant to NAC 385B.874 without first obtaining the approval of the Executive Director.Nev.
