Section 385B.950 - Imposition of penalties by Executive Director; certain determinations and penalties not subject to appeal1. The Executive Director may impose any appropriate penalty, including any penalty set forth in NAC 385B.960, if: (a) The penalty is required to enforce any provision of this chapter; or(b) The Executive Director is authorized pursuant to any provision of this chapter to impose a penalty in addition to a penalty specifically set forth in those sections.2. Any determination made or penalty imposed pursuant to NAC 385B.800 to 385B.826, inclusive, may not be appealed.Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.950
