Section 385B.922 - Investigation of school: Cooperation required; penalty for failure to cooperate1. If the Association investigates a school, the school shall cooperate with the Executive Director and each member of the Association who is involved in the investigation.2. If the Association determines that a school has failed to cooperate with the Association pursuant to subsection 1, the Association may fine and place the school on probation or suspend the membership of the school in the Association in accordance with the provisions of NAC 385B.960.Nev.
