Section 385B.132 - Board: Selection of members to attend certain national meetings1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Board shall, at a meeting of the Board conducted on or before March 31 of each year, choose the members of the Board who may attend any meeting of the National Federation of State High School Associations, or its successor organization, that is conducted during that year.2. The Board may not choose a member of the Board to attend a meeting of the National Federation of State High School Associations, or its successor organization, if the meeting is conducted during the final year of his or her term as a member of the Board.Nev.
