Section 385B.116 - Regular and special meetings1. The Board shall conduct at least four regular meetings each year. The Board shall notify each member school in writing at least 10 days before conducting a regular meeting. Each written notice of a meeting must include an agenda for that meeting.2. The Executive Director, President of the Board or a majority of the members of the Board may call a special meeting of the Board at any time and place by providing written notice of the meeting to each member of the Board.Nev.
