Section 370.240 - Refund of precollected state tax: Effect of provisions

NAC 370.230 does not limit state statutes regarding the sale of cigarettes or other tobacco products, including, without limitation, chapter 370 of NRS, and is not a waiver of the sovereign powers of tribes.
