Section 370.140 - Wholesale dealer to notify Department of intent to sell taxable product

A wholesale dealer in products made from tobacco, other than cigarettes, shall notify the Department of his or her intention to sell such products in this State before making any sales. The notification must be given on a form provided by the Department.
