Section 366.040 - Amount required for habitually delinquent supplier or dealer1. If the Department determines that a special fuel supplier or special fuel dealer is habitually delinquent, the Department will increase the amount of security required from that special fuel supplier or special fuel dealer to five times the estimated maximum monthly tax.2. If the Department increases the amount of security required, the special fuel supplier or special fuel dealer shall increase his or her security as required by the Department within 60 days after notification of the increase.Nev.
