Section 366.009 - Sale of special fuel to certain suppliers or dealers without collecting tax prohibited

A special fuel supplier or special fuel dealer who has been informed by the Department that another special fuel supplier or special fuel dealer is not licensed pursuant to chapter 366 of NRS shall not sell special fuel to that unlicensed special fuel supplier or special fuel dealer without collecting the tax imposed by NRS 366.190.
