Section 366.008 - Certain carriers required to obtain temporary permits for special fuelA carrier who has obtained a temporary permit pursuant to NRS 706.521 to operate:
1. A vehicle which has a declared gross weight in excess of 26,000 pounds and which is not registered pursuant to NRS 482.482; or2. A vehicle which is registered by another entity under an agreement between the Department and the other entity pursuant to NRS 706.826, must obtain a temporary permit for special fuel pursuant to NRS 366.223 unless the carrier is licensed by another entity under an agreement between the Department and the other entity pursuant to NRS 366.175.Nev.
