Section 365.250 - Records of exporter: Form and contents1. The records required to be kept pursuant to NRS 365.500 by an exporter include, without limitation, records in the form of:(c) Reports of other states and other jurisdictions regarding the exports of the exporter to that state or jurisdiction; and(d) Bills of lading or highway transportation receipts.2. Any report described in paragraph (c) of subsection 1 must agree with the monthly statement submitted by the exporter to the Department pursuant to NRS 365.515.Nev. Admin. Code § 365.250
