Section 362.370 - Calculation of net proceeds

The net proceeds of a geothermal resource must be calculated using the gross yield of the geothermal resource, as determined pursuant to NRS 362.120 and NAC 362.368, less the amount of any deduction that is available pursuant to NRS 362.120 and this chapter.
