Section 362.366 - "Transportation allowance" defined

"Transportation allowance" means any cost incurred for the movement of a geothermal resource that is converted to any electricity, heat or other by-product, if the movement of the geothermal resource is performed by the operator and occurs after the geothermal resource is processed.
