Section 362.362 - "Repowering" defined"Repowering" means to:
1. Remove any inefficient, obsolete or aging equipment that is used in the production stream of a geothermal resource; and2. Replace that equipment with any new technology or equipment that increases or may increase the efficiency of the processing of the geothermal resource.Nev. Admin. Code § 362.362
