Section 361A.370 - "Related improvements" defined

"Related improvements" means any improvements to land, other than golfing improvements, which are used in connection with a golf course, including, without limitation, clubhouses, pro shops, restaurants, parking lots, swimming pools, tennis courts, maintenance buildings and areas, and nurseries.
