Section 361.700 - Limitations on representation of parties and appearance as expert witness by former employees of Department or Attorney General1. No former employee of the Department or member of the Attorney General's staff may, at any time after severing his or her employment with the Department or the Attorney General, appear, except with the written permission of the State Board, in a representative capacity on behalf of other parties in a proceeding in which he or she previously took an active part as a representative of the State Board or Department.2. No former employee of the Department may at any time after severing his or her employment with the Department, appear, except with the written permission of the State Board, as an expert witness on behalf of other parties in a proceeding in which he or she previously took an active part in the investigation or preparation as a representative of the Department.Nev.
