Section 361.61074 - Hearing before Commission: Action by Commission; issuance of written order1. After the close of oral argument, the Commission shall:(a) Make a final order that adopts, reverses or modifies, in whole or in part, the proposed order of the hearing officer; or(b) Remand the matter to the hearing officer for further proceedings.2. The Executive Director shall issue the written order on behalf of the Commission within 60 calendar days after a final order is made or a matter is remanded pursuant to subsection 1.Nev. Admin.
