Section 361.1216 - Development of mass appraisal model to explain or predict market value from real estate data

When developing a mass appraisal model to explain or predict the market value of properties from real estate data, a county assessor must build and calibrate the model in accordance with the provisions of chapters 14 and 15 of Property Appraisal and Assessment Administration and the provisions of the Standard on Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), as adopted by reference in NAC 361.1177.
