Section 361.109 - "Allocation method" defined

"Allocation method" means a method used to value land, in the absence of a sufficient number of sales of vacant land, by estimating a typical ratio of land to total value and applying that ratio to comparable improved properties to determine the value that the land contributes to the total value of the subject property.
