Section 361.948 - Transference to heir1. The certificate may be transferred to the heir of an allodial titleholder in accordance with NRS 361.910.2. The State Treasurer will review the information set forth in the application and determine if any additional information is needed to process the transfer of the allodial title to the heir.Nev.
